Convert HTML to wordpress site

Hi there,

I have a website built in static HTML, ready to move over into Wordpress. The website consists of:

Home page - slider, 3 buttons/boxes and intro text
About - standard HTML page
Brands - standard HTML page
Products - products lists in a grid which can be filtered by category and brand
Product page - info on the product with option to buy through PayPal
Links - standard HTML page
Blog - lost which can be filtered by search and category
Blog view - as above, but list replaced with blog (no comments)
Contact - header image and text

I see this as being a standard Wordpress theme build, with the addition of a shop area, with the use of a plugin? The HTML and CSS has been constructed ready to be moved into Wordpress and can be supplied as raw files.

Once the theme is ready, we will load up the content ourselves. So we're looking for a clean theme, ready to get started this end. Ideally we would like this live by the end of November.
