Convert HTML Template to Wordpress

I have a PSD + HTML Template of a site bought from Themeforest (template 1).

I also have a Wordpress theme bought from another site (template 2).

I would like to create a child theme for template 2 using template 1 theme.

Job would require some wordpress skills i.e. echo of some sort of php custom post/meta...

I am not a novice. I am quite good with wordpress/html and css
so I will direct or guide you where necessary.

I would like a very neat job with 100% compliance to CSS rule.

I have underestimated this job, you can therefore proposed new price but be reasonable.

I look forward to doing business with a professional wordpress coder.
