Description: I need someone to convert the website www.jakepefrey.com to a custom WordPress theme while keeping all html/css/javascript functionality. Also need someone to fix the current javascript and css bugs that are currently present. The bugs that I have noticed are as follows.
1. Whenever I move my mouse under the menu the menu appears, I just want it to appear when some one clicks the "Learn More" menu.
2. The footer on the internal pages such as "about me" and "blog" page does not display correctly when opened.
