Convert existing site to Wordpress

We have an existing site that we would like converting to Wordpress.
We want the existing design and functionality to be converted to the wordpress cms.
We want some existing databases and records to still be accessible after the conversion.
There are approximately 20 pages of content and five databases.
We will allow the winning bidder approximately four days to complete this task.
Please do not bid on this if you don't have the capability to meet our deadline.
