Convert existing Flash/XML site to HTML5

I have a site online http://geelongwaterproofing.com.au that was made a few years ago using a template monster FlashXML template.

The site is not visible on IOS devices and we either need to have the site converted to HTML5, or perhaps setup a mobile version of the site. The client is very happy with the look and feel of the site, and would prefer to keep it along the same lines.

Please let me know what you propose to do when making your bid, so that I can compare each of them in a fair manner.

All original PSD's and FLA will be provided.
