Convert 'DesignModo The Bricks UI' PSD to HTML5

I've bought the popular PSD framework 'The Bricks' by DesignModo (see https://designmodo.com/the-bricks-addons/) and I want to convert the PSDs into usable HTML5/CSS3 components.

We would start off with converting 'The Bricks - Elements UI' PSD to HTML5 template. If we work well, we can continue with the other 3 PSDs.

Deliverables would include:
* A pixel perfect HTML/CSS template of the PSD provided. An image of the PSD is included in this brief.
* A nicely sliced and well organised PSD with all the slices named correctly using a common naming convention (for you to decide) so that if I change the colour palette, fonts, ect I can relatively simply update the CSS accordingly
* Step by step instructions for updating the CSS3 for each element based on simple changes to the PSD. I would prefer to use CSS3 properties where possible, rather than export images.
