Convert children's graphic designs into Intarsia format

We have 4 designs with high resolution artwork which we need convert into intarsia format ready for a knitwear factory to produce samples for Boyswear. The designs are fairly simple. We are a licensed apparel company, the majority of our business is designing and producing printed Tees. If possible we would like the designs turned around within a week and we can liase vis email.
