Convert bitmap logo & some text to vector graphic & re-size for a 3x3m pop-up display

Hi, we're attending a conference and will be ordering a 3x3m pop-up display along the lines of: http://www.datumcp.com/downloads/products/DCP_Pop_Up_Artwork_3x3.pdf
We need our company logo and tag line 'Better Business Through Automation' converted from a bitmap graphic to something that will scale well enough to send to the display manufacturer (normally 1/4 of actual size) as per these guidelines:
