Convert Access 2010 DB to client / server app.

I have developed an incident reporting database using Access 2010. I now need a solution that is more acceptable in the corporate IT world. The front end should either be browser based or a C# client. The database server can be SQL Server or SharePoint. The current product interfaces to Outlook, provides simple reporting and analytics, functions as a simple document management tool, provides an audit trail of user actions and keeps a record of revisions to the data. The new solution has to retain the same functionality. I will consider all sensible proposals.
