Convert a flash interactive swf into 3d scenes

I have a simple kids interactive story, based on two characters, some objects and some backgrounds. The backgrounds can used as is (width resized) and so can the objects but as texture maps over simple model just to give the objects some shape. The characters need models from but not seen completely 360 degree, just enough to move about the scene with the camera angle never more than 120 degrees on the whole just moving in and out or across. I want to it still to look vectored cartoon but with some depth and movement.

The story is in flash format and so i can extract assets into several formats, this would suit someone who has character rigs and can quickly can make textures from vectored/jpg/png assets, lights and set up camera paths to follow a story.

Story last no more than 2-3 minutes and need it for blender and render for web use
