Conversion psd to html5 + css3 + js

can't provide psd file here

I would need the design:
- to be compatible with every desktop and mobile browser
- make sure none of the images includes text, the text should be separate to allow for easy modification

Interaction wise:

landing page:
- 2 arrows on each side of the main picture. when clicking on them there should be an animation sliding the black central box to the left/right to allow for a new black central box with a different text to take place
- the black box should also slid to the right by itself every 3 seconds
- the 5 large buttons (artists, fans, venues, labels&managers, festival promoters) should change color on mouse over

all pages:
- the top menu is a dop-down menu (please see existing website www.beonthescene.com)
- the 5 buttons below (artists, fans, venues, labels&managers, festival promoters) should change color on mouse over
- the text on the main picture (currently LOREM IPSUM...) should change by scrolling on the right/left when the arrows are pressed. It should also slide to the right by itself every 3 secs

main page:
- the right side menu 'Our latest post', 'articles & interview', BOTS news, BOTS Monthly should expand/retract on click of the left arrow

member profile page:
- the section upcoming events, past events should expand/retract on click of the left arrow

referral program page:
- the text should change when clicking on the left/right arrow, as well as every 3 secs to the right
