Contracts and NDAs

We are looking for someone who has hands on experience in writing contracts and producing simple but effective Non Disclosure agreements.
We have identified the need to have contracts in place between suppliers manufacturing products for us, and also the need to have NDAs in place and/or at the ready for dealings with subcontractors, freelance designers, consultants
I would like to have an idea of what can be produced and how long this would take too.
