Content Writer Required

Hello,

I am looking for an experienced sales writer to provide short (around 75-100 word) descriptions for our online products and categories as well as a re-write of About Us, Delivery and Returns. There are about 190 products with possibility of doubling the product ranges within the next 3 months. This means there’ll be a bit of work on the pipeline for the right person. The current piece of work will be handled in 2 tranches, the first will involve 96 products across 2 categories (96 descriptions required) while the second will involve 92 products across 6 categories (92 descriptions required).

To be considered you should be familiar with all the usual "Sales in Print" techniques, and understand how to take a reader through the sales journey within a few sentences:

Headline
Attention (Hook)
Problem Recognition and or solution
Interest & Desire (FABs)
Conviction
Urgency
Guarantee
Action
Reminder (P.S)

On top of this, your work should be simple, punchy, witty and above all interesting.

A knowledge of marketing (email campaigns, direct mail, SEO, loyalty programmes) would be beneficial, and it's essential that English (American or British) is your first language.

For the first tranche, I am running this job as an hourly (£6 per Hour) - my expectation is that a good copywriter should be able to get the job completed within 20 hrs and this will also include the writeups highlighted above.

The second tranche will follow after the delivery of the first but will also be dependent on the quality of the first delivery.Looking to pay similarly to the first tranche.
