Contact gathering: compiling a list of university contacts in US and Canada

We are interested in hiring someone to identify and compile a list of contacts in French and English languages departments in US and Canadian universities. This involves following work:

- Searching, selecting and compiling a list of 200 French and English languages departments in US and Canadian universities.

These universities must be chosen by the criteria below:

- In the 15 major US cities (NYC, Washington, SF, LA, etc), and 5 major Canadian cities (Montreal, Ottawa, Toronto, and the 2 other biggest).
- Example contacts should include 'Head of Languages', French professor, etc.

We will be launching, on Feb 5th 2013, a new product for French learning Frantastique.com onto the US and Canadian market.

Skills required: Web-based research skills, including soliciting and distributing information by email, subscribing and contributing to listservs and researching relevant information across a wide range of websites.
