Freelance writer wanted for a fast moving technology site. You must have a general interest in consumer electronics and appliances, with the ability to write engagingly on topics ranging from the latest video games to the best vacuum cleaners.

We’re looking for someone with a proven interest in writing online, able to be opinionated and interesting but also communicate the facts clearly and regularly. We don’t need a hardcore geek but need to be able to talk confidently and accurately about the latest consumer tech. You should be able to write to brief, as well as submit ideas for new articles.

We’re a small team, so we need someone who will get stuck in with the job of making the site a success.

Articles will average 500 words and will usually have a one week lead time. Payment per article, with the rate to be agreed in advance. Please send CV and examples of factual writing.
