Configure Wordpress Blog. Fix menu code for red arrows

I have moved my web site to a newLinux host. I installed Wordpress but need help configuring the wp-config.php file and get the restored database working. Then I need to have all the web site links updated to reflect the new Wordpress install, which is in the root directory instead of in a subdirectory.

Also, the menus on the web site have some problem with the code where red arrows that appear on the index page are missing on most of the other pages.

Would like to get this done as soon as possible.
