Configure port forwarding for Subsonic

I have installed Subsonic, which is running great on my internal network. I'm now trying to open it up to the Internet, but I'm having networking problems that need resolved. I have an ISP modem through Qwest and a Netgear N600 Wireless Dual Band GB Router (WNDR3700). Help configure port forwarding and anything else that needs fixed to make Subsonic accessible from anywhere on the Internet. Would like you to share my screen and teach me so I can learn for next time.
