Configure Dedicated Cloud Server & Install Appropriate Control Panel for Web Service.

I am running a cloudserver and would like some help configuring it.

At present there is no data although Ubuntu OS is currently running but any OS can be reinstalled.

I have access to any OS and server specification is not an issue as this can be upgraded if required.

If you could recommend the most ideal OS and Server portal (like Cpanel, prefer to use a free server at this time though)

I would really appreciate some help (start-up company price for this job) - no doubt I will recommend / sent business your way from myself and other corresponding companies in the future.

The core use of the server is to run a number of websites. 1 being a video platform.
