Conduct 90 Land registry searches and compile data entry on to database spreadsheet

I am looking for someone to conduct 90 Land registry searches from a database list, compile the details on to the spreadsheet from each search, save the PDF search file with the property address and then send across the completed spreadsheet and all 90 Land Registry PDF files.

For the right person there will be an going project weekly/fortnightly and full training video will be provided for our specific instructions

Each search costs £3 with Land registry which you will be required to pay totaling £270, this cost is then covered in the price for the Job.

We are then paying 50p per search conducted, compiled and returned to us with copy of the PDF file.

Along with confirmation that you have destroyed/deleted all copies of both the Land registry files and our spreadsheet database.
