Concept idea to freshen up our front page

we are looking for somebody to give us a concept idea of how to freshen up our front page, we are not looking for a total overhaul of it, but just to give it a bit more wow with out removing to much of the content, one key thing is we really want to add a method so new and exciting work we have been doing has a clearly visible place to pop up... we want to keep the slider at the top and the logo and shopping cart area but the rest can be altered as much as needed.... we just feel every thing below the slider is a little scruffy and we have a news slider of current work below the slider but it is missed so we want maybe a news/blog slider then maybe a product slider but we are open to that...

We could also do with this doing soon so we can get it overhauled before our busy period and looking for the design to be supplied in a method so we can use and take from it... I would like to offer around £200 for the used designer thanks
