Completion of Code, Support of Q&A testing for Ecommerce Project - Cake PHP, SQL Database, HTML

We would need someone onsite / in house to finalize a incomplete web
project within 2-3 weeks and require the following areas covered:

- HTML slicing/coding for remaining designs
- Verification and possible implementation of existing Payment Integration
using Barclays EPDQ
- CMS - Re-organize content on front page and home page for viewing
purposes. Additional features in existing Admin Panel.
- Additional features for e-ticketing system.
- Campaign Manager – Ability to view, monitor and track campaigns and
payments.
- Promotions - Ability to allow for promotions/ads on right hand column of
web site using clicks and impressions.
- Testing – QA, Stress, Systems Integration Test, UAT.
- Rollout – Support deportment to live website.
