Complete my recipe ebook (research & difficult bits already done)

I have almost finished my recipe book. This is my second recipe book - and I just don't have the time to finish it.

I will send you it as it is now - and I will also send you my existing recipe (ebook).

You need to write an introduction which will be similar (but completely re-written) to my first book (about 1500 words). You also need to add in a couple of pages (about a further 1000 words) about the specific theme for this book. I will give you the research sources for this.

You will need to re-write 20 simple recipes from the sources I give you, in accordance with my style (you'll see this from the existing book I send you). Images are not required for these recipes.

You will also need to re-write two cooking techniques, from the sources I give you.

The book already contains the main recipes and images.

I need this completed quickly, within 6 days of awarding the job.
