Complete HTML 5 web based application

I have a HTML web based app that is near completion but due to a previous freelancer missing deadline I require another to complete this ASAP. It is a application that is live on my site built mainly in HTML 5 and has animation, saving and loading features also export to PDF feature.

The points I need doing:

1) re-arrange lay out of buttons on the app.
2) Application has a function where users can write description of images they have created, when they export to PDF the description does not appear on PDF. I need written description to appear on description.
3) Users have the option to add lines to their images, im not happy with the appearance and the function of these lines. I need a new design for them and also how they are added to the images.

I wont pay any milestones on this only pay in full once project is completed, this is small project so don't see the need for milestones. I have 100 per cent feedback on all my payments.
