Competitor Research - Bar and Restaurant Software

Background: We are a software company looking to launch a product that will manage the back of house systems of bars and restaurants.

First I would like a comprehensive list of competitors in the market. I will then tell you which ones I want research conducted on. Please base your bid on 5 companies. You may have to adjust your bid if I decide I want to research more than 5 companies.

Once confirmed which companies I would like you to research, I would like the following competitor research conducted:
• Market share
• Pricing point – how they price their service
• Sales model – do they offer any add on sales or up sells?
• Target Customer
• Number of clients
• Offering - what they offer
• Strategic partnerships – with other companies
• How they market themselves
• How many employees they have
• Where are their clients based
• How they charge for support, set up etc.

I would like you to produce the research for one company initially and then to wait for approval before continuing with the remainder.

The project will be deemed a success if 9/11 of the bullet points are produced for every one of the companies that you are researching.

The deadline for this research project is 25th June.
