Company web site - brochure style, about 15 pages

We're a yacht charter company based in Phuket, Thailand. We need a simple 10-15 page company web site that looks high impact and inviting. We will not be taking bookings or have any e-commerce. There will be a need to change content over time as we're starting up, learning, and will find that things evolve.
It would be great if we could find a solution for both graphic copy content as we need support on both.
We've mocked up a very simple web site which we'd use as a basis for development.
Timing is not crucial, but we launch in the new year.
