Company formation agent is looking for accountant

Hi,

I work as company formation agent in Greece and I have in my portfolio about 20 UK ltd.
From time time to time I need help for various projects on behalf of my clients or consultation.

Open current projects

A) Ltd company which produces sailing yachts, the company buys parts of yachts within E.U. And U.K. and produces the final product in a shipyard outside E.U.
The needs are bookkeeping, accounting, tax return abbr. Accounts vat registration, vat agent and returns NO PAYROLL
volume of transactions: for every sale invoice there are about 10 supply invoices and Bank transactions the owners expect 3 sales per year
annual turnover about 1,500,000.00 GBP

B) Completion of online registration at HMRC for corporation Tax. I done the half work and I need somebody to complete the other half,o.k. It sounds strange but I send the details to the successful candidate.

C ) Issuing of certificate of tax residency for a UK LTD.
