Company Facebook Cover Photo

We are currently creating a Facebook page and are in need of a graphics designer to create an artistic Facebook cover photo that fits our company image. The graphic designer would need to convey our ethos, company style, products and services.
Please be aware this would be our first time using a free lance artist, therefore we are unsure of the specific procedures, requirements and pricing.
Project background
British Research is a technology-focused R&D company offering an Accelerated Premium Work Experience Programme in the areas of International Business/Management, Computer Science/IT and Engineering. This image must be appealing to young professionals who are interested in gaining further experience.
We are interested in allowing the artist their freedom of expression and to experiment with ideas as long as the design fits into our company image; showing us as a technology company and appealing to young professionals.
