Committees Co-Ordinator & CEO Attache

We are a successful trade association with 40 staff, and 12 committees comprised of representatives of our members.

We are looking for someone to co-ordinate committee meetings, take minutes at the meetings and ensure the committees are run efficiently and effectively.

The other side of the role is to act as an attache for the busy CEO. The CEO has a full-time PA who looks after the traditional roles of gatekeeper, diary manager and organiser, however he requires additional administrative support.

We are looking for someone who can work as close to full-time as possible from our Covent Garden office. The role would be as a fixed term contract to begin with, but there is potential for this to grow into a permanent position.
