Comic Book Storyboard needed

*UPDATE* Project has been pushed back to November while I consider options and sort out legal things as well. As such pausing proposals for now.

I'm looking for an illustrator to make a storyboard for a comic I am developing. It wouldn't have to be fancy, just some simple character sketching/outlines in the panels so that my script is translated from words to pictures and I can see the project working visually.

Character concept art would be needed for 10 characters with a budget of £600, looking around max £50 per character concept.

Looking to spend around £600 (£25 per page) for the 24 page pencilled storyboard/concept.

Looking to start the project in November and for it to be ready by the end of November to move onto the next stage of getting specific character concepts drawn up and then move into the final stage of finished artwork and layout.

The finished product should look like a mainsream comic (DC/Marvel/Image/Boom Studios/Dark Horse etc) in style and format.

This will become a monthly comic publication.
