Coding for A Website

I run an office space in which people sublet, conduct meetings, receive mail, etc. I'm looking to build a way for them to book office time in a manner similar to that done on the zipcar website. I'm also looking to add a section in which users can store audio or other files in a sort of digital postbox on the same website. I want people to be able to book office time and pay online.
