Code Igniter experienced developer to finish small CMS with PayPal integration

we are a small UK based web design and development company looking for skilled developers. Mostly we use MVC models and frameworks like Code Igniter and Zend.

We have been awarded a project and have begun this development in Code Igniter. Unfortunately lead developer has a leave of absence due to health issues and can not finish the project.

So, we are looking for a developer with 3-5 years of experience to finish this project for us. A would say half of the project is already done and it is ready on our development server, we also use SVN too.
Templates are done so it really is mostly the PHP work.

I will try to describe this project but I have to keep this brief:
there are two types of login into the system: user and admin. User can create 5 different "goals" which have a small set of variables and mathematic calculation behind it. There is also a month by month storing of one variable which user can change any time.
Admin can list users and goals, edit and delete them.
There is also a small advertising model applied. Although the advertiser does not have access to the site directly, admin can create an advert which is then randomly displayed to user. Views and clicks are recorder.

The perfect candidate should be able to dedicate about 5-6 hours a day (more better of course). I think there is about 20-30 hours left on this project.
