CMS Web Design (Unlimited Pages), Logo Design, Image Design.

We are a start up marketing consultancy looking for a website, and SEO. We would like a CMS type system so that we can edit content as and when required. We need unlimited pages, contact form, quick quote form and call back form. In addition we would need to be able to put downloadable PDF documents on pages on the site. We would also require logo design and design of 4 very simple images. We need our site up and running ASAP but we have a limited budget. We would like a business like yet flashy site :) Any unusual and different concepts would be great :)
