CMS Joomla Website Design

I have just been stung by a cheap online web company, so need a replacement Joomla template to be loaded onto my i-page host as soon as possible.
A simple, but cool, online brochure of our Lifestyle Management business.
One page per service offered - home page, 6 others, and contact page.
I have bought an image, and want to use that as the banner at the top.
No flash images, or tacky stock photos.
One colour wallpaper behind. I have chosen the colour.
I'm selling the business with words, rather than pictures.
All content is written, and images/logos are ready.
I will also need SEO.
My previous designer, loaded my photo as the banner, added the home page tab on the menu, and loaded the wallpaper.
Everything else I had to do.
I don't know if that's normal.
I can tell you exactly how I want it to look, but I know nothing about web design, so am open to suggestions on design ideas.
Would need to be able to start immediately, and complete asap.
I have already paid for one site, and ended up with nothing, so do not want to pay too much.
I think what I'm asking for is a simple job, but like I said I'm no expert!!
