CMS Design

I'm looking for a great designer to help design my new CMS with me. I've got an existing CMS and proposed layouts for the new design. I'd preferably like someone with mobile (specifically app) design experience as ultimately I will be developing it to work cross platform. Modern (maybe flat) design required. Applications will need to include relevant design (not development) work. Either dribbles, or relevant app design / admin style site design examples.

EDIT: To Clarify, I'm not looking for a developer. I'm looking for a graphic designer who can produce layered PSDs or similar for my bespoke CMS.
