A small start-up business looking for a creative but sophisticated website design to sell clothing. Only 5 pages needed (Home, About Us, Stock, Artists, Contact). Will need to be able to allow customers to purchase the clothes (via PayPal is fine). Also possibly an email form for the 'Contact Us' page.
A design structure similar to the following websites is what we are looking for:

http://www.donnaida.com/boutiques (not as complex)
http://www.libertybluff.com/ (more simpler, more contemporary design)
As we are a small business, just starting out, we can only offer up to a maximum of £400. If you can help it would be much appreciated!
