Clothing Line Looking For T-Shirt Designs

Our company is looking to purchase t-shirt designs with the following requirements:

1. Urban T-Shirt Designs
2. No More Than 12" X 15" In Size
3. Vector Files

We would like to get up to 25 designs for $250, better deals are appreciated. We are looking for t-shirt designs to cater to an urban culture ie: music, city life, etc. Attached are some of the designs we have printed in the past, these designs are larger than the above requirements, but you get the idea.
