Description of support work: I need someone to help me close down my UK company in the most cost efficient manner.
The last accounts were done up until Aug 2012 and there have been no earnings since December 2012. The company has been dormant for the majority of 2013. The accounts should therefore be extremely straight forward and quick to do.
The person would also need to fill out any required forms and returns with Companies House and HMRC as well as advise if there are any other parties that need to be informed.
I'd like this completed by the end of January if possible.
I now live in South Africa so I'll need to send everything via dropbox.
