Cloned and foreign language website

Description of every page: I would like a modified clone of my website to include a chinese translation version,(not google translate) the scope to add more language versions later and to be hosted from Hong Kong. This should include SEO geared for the Baidu search engine.

My existing website would also need to be optimised and cloned for a new host.
