Clinics locator final

Hi. We need to have this tool presented in this page http://www.juvedermultra.co.uk/ClinicLocator/Pages/ClinicLocator.aspx.
Now, this tool in the above url has many categories of different types of doctors (marked with different markers). We only need one category. Also you will see in the balloon that opens when someone clicks on the marker that there are different tabs with information. We do not need that. We only need one tab with data to present there.
The map will present listings from Greece. This tool needs to be able to get updated with more listings. So a kind of admin is needed. The website will be in WordPress. Preferably you can modify some existing plugin and give us this functionality.
As discussed the Store Locator will be used and it will function as shown for Greece. This means geocoding of Postal Codes and addresses.
As you can see at the left of the search results there are specific images/icons that shows particular information per doctor. We are referring to the feather, small icon of a person, a phone, etc. You can use these exactly. It is OK.
But the related functionality must also be there. We need to be able to add that different information per listing (as some have all options, others have less).
