Client report on Google+

I'd like a concise but instructive report written for a client on how they can use Google+ to its fullest potential. The client's industry is renewable energy, and I'll provide the client's name and details after accepting a proposal.
I'd like particular consideration given to supporting other marketing activities around the business. They also operate a franchise model, so need recommendations on how to manage central/regional accounts.
