my website at www.123oldies.co.uk has been hacked and there are now many pages like

The job is to;
download all files from the server and then delete everything from it.
I will send my backup but it is out of date regarding stock list, pictures, user feedback etc so some of the current files will have to be retained.
Build a blend of new and old files off line so that all my data is retained.
Upload back to the server.
Ensure everything is up and running.
Recommend improved security.
The site is based in html with a few jscripts and an sql databse. It also has a custom admin panel.
