Classipress Theme based on Wordpress Plugin....

I am looking for a plugin to be made that allows me to post ad's in a specific place rather then across the board as the standard classipress plugins only seem to allow for.

It would need to allow me to put say an ad for a clothes store in the main categories section for say womens clothing, or / aswell as placing one within that category in one of the sub categories, say for instance womens shoes.

So say a gui that has the categories box within it, where i can place a "tick" or multiple "ticks" in the exact location where i want the ad to go and put the code for the ad within it. It would also need to be able to handle various picture dimensions/sizes etc and i would like it to cover the posts categories, pages and if it could be implemented the forums. (although the forums does have an option to post pics within them anyway).

Of course there would be more then one ad from different companies so i would need the ability to use the gui for multiple ads
