Childrens animation

Require an illustrator to bring my idea of a children's book character to visual life. There maybe further work after this stage. Illustrator must have some understanding of intellectual property -copyright and be willing to sign the copyright of illustration to myself on agreement of taking on the job.

Prefer an English speaking illustrator with background in children's books, TV shows and computer animations but not essential.
