Cheearleading Environment 3D

Hi, I need help in creating a fantasy-like 3D environment that represents a cheearleading competition stage. Elements like the stage, reflectors, trusses etc must have a most realistic feel to it. Also I would need most elements used to be on its own layer so I can use them in Photoshop myself. I want to transpose a picture of a real cheerleader in the environments itself as if she belongs there. I have included two pictures to give you an idea but please keep in mind it's just a schetch so to speak. Also any ideas are very welcome. The cheerleading_stage_idea_little is the overall feel of the environment and the other represents what I want the stage to look like (writing and material). Thanks
