Cheap n Cheerful, Simple Website for Author

Hello, I'm an author of children's books and I would like to have a simple, 5 page website that advertises my work as a children's author. I have already purchased a domain and I've bought a hosting packaging at one.com. I need someone to build me a site and set it up on the hosting site for me.

The website needs to be bright and cheerful. I have .pdfs of the 3 children's books that I've had published(interiors and covers) and I would like thumbnails of the covers on my website with links to them for sale on Amazon. Maybe some of the interior pictures could be used on other parts of my website (but that would mean ripping them from the .pdfs).

I would ideally like an 'About me' page (with a photo and text) and email contact link;
'Children's Books' page(with thumbnails of my existing books which link to their sale on Amazon)
'Forthcoming Titles' (I don't have any thumbnails yet, so this might just be descriptions so far)
'Budding Illustrators' written description and email link
'News' - a short description here, with 2 photos (which I would like to update easily as a blog or I could manage to edit it using the web editor if you use that on one.com).
