Changing the typography go blogposts

I have a personal blog. I can provide the backend access to the programming which presents content which I enter using wordpress.
On all pages, I would the reader to have the option of reading older posts. I would like the exact layout (including font, style, size, use of lines) to be exactly the same as a post on the Guardian online site (an example is here http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/middle-east-live/2012/jul/19/syria-crisis-aftermath-damascus-assassinations-live). I am not concerned about the format of the comments at all. I should like the programmer to be contactable on the phone here in the UK, be easy to communicate with, and I'm willing to negotiate on the price depending on the work involved. I need this job being done asap. I am not, I am afraid, certain about the exact programming language, though I suspect it has a CSS shell. Thank you.
