Changes to Prestashop order page

Hi, I have a website running PrestaShop and I need an amend to one particular order page of the site. I've uploaded a graphic below which I hope gives you an indication of what I need. Essentially I need to amend one piece of text and replace another piece of text with some extras which would be added to the cost if chosen by user.
