ISSUES/ BUGS
When administrator deletes a user, the user should be able to re-register using the same email address. Presently they are not allowed.

Changes that allow for person to use the same email address to sign up/ register for both a contractor and employer account. This may or may not require a new module/ plugin integrated.

PUTTING ACCOUNT LIMITATIONS
Employer
The employer will not be allowed to either post a job or to make it visible to contractors until they fulfill the verification process. They have to complete the two verification processes:

1. Identity Verification
They must upload scanned images of their two forms of ID and a utility bill for verification of address of abode.
Forms of ID - Identification Card, Driver’s License, Passport.
Utility- T&TTEC, WASA, TSTT

2. Payment Verification
If they choose to pay using credit card, 2 small amounts will be deducted and returned/ refunded to them upon verification.

Contractor

Identity Verification
They must upload scanned images of their two forms of ID and a utility bill.

They are also allowed to upload scanned copies of their certificates/ education qualification documents. When verified, they will get a badge that indicates that they are a – Qualified Contractor

Once verified they will be given a badge that indicates that they are verified: Verified Contractor or Verified Employer
