Change to existing website homepage

We are looking for someone to add a vimeo video to our homepage at www.lightrepublic.co.uk.

The overall page design will remain the same. In the right hand text column, the "We Like You" block will be removed and the the middle block ('Recent Blog Post) will move down to accommodate the new video in the centre of the column. This will be a graphic box (with play button) and small amount of text in keeping with the current design. When the visitor click the video icon, the video opens up in front of the homepage, without navigating the user away from the website. We are looking to get this done early next week.
