Change PSD into HTML5 & CSS3

What we expect from the HTML5 & CSS3 coder:
-W3C validations
-cross browser compatibility with all major web browsers
-All devices compatibility [for iPhone, iPad, Blackberry and Android devices to render perfect environment from small to big devices]
-pixel perfect coding approach.
-you must be expert in custom framework [we want you use custom framework for our work, not bootstrap or foundation zurb]
-100% hand-coded HTML5 & CSS3 [the conversion process should done manually with offering neat & well-structured code. Also, strictly assure no use of software and tools to write the codes for web pages and conversion to avoid imperfection or flaw in the final output.]
-the website should get load easily [SEO Optimized pages: To ensure less loading time, the HTML5 experts must create SEO optimized codes for the conversion pages that result in faster speed.]
-you should be knowledgeable and have experience of using latest tools and techniques required to design a responsive website.


-we have our own web developers in house(we are building this website on cakePHP), we want you to change PSD into responsive HTML5 & CSS3, web developer don't required]
-I have 23 pages which is front end [Main pages only 10, Others are same inner pages] i will provide you mobile version design, ipad version design & desktop version design.
-a HTML5 coder, then someone to do testing, then someone to do quality assurance must work on this project.
- You can submit 1 or 2 page per day. [quality work as mentioned above is important] total 23 pages, so 23 days to complete this job. If its possible for you to complete even before that it will be great.
-We giving you long duration[23days] to complete the job and submit 1 or 2 page per day, the payment is 450USD Total, for this 23pages. Lets break the job in 3 parts, 1st phase you send me 8 pages then i release 150USD, 2nd phase complete 8 pages then i release another 150USD then 3rd phase complete 7 pages then i release 150USD. so both parties will be satisfied and secured with that.

-i don't want you to use this work in your portfolio.
-i don't want you to reuse any of the material related to this project anywhere else. Everything you are creating for this work is completely belong to us.
